I bought a top of the line vented fireplace and what I was told was a solid oak mantel. The fireplace came in missing parts, and would not take the excess chimney flues the sold me. When we got the mantel home we found out it is oak veneer over MDF board.
They will not have the owner talk to me. We have been mis-lead twice, and the salesman is unable to help.
I will talk to manufacturers headquarters, and then the Better Business Bureau.
I will never do business with this company again. I think this is place that does not care about customer satisfaction or the stores reputation which is terrible. DO NOT patronize this store, I cannot recommend anything good about this business. I am going to the Better Business Bureau.
