Our car received an oil change on 12/17/16. By that evening, all of the oil had leaked out of the car and we were stranded miles from home. They forgot to tighten the filter and the o-ring. Had the car towed to the dealer and the repair cost was over $300. Spent the last 11 days trying to get restitution from the company. Neither the owner nor the manager will take or receive calls from me. Also had to pay for a taxi to get home. No apologies. No restitution. At least three other people in my subdivision had similar experiences with this company. DO NOT USE FASTLANE!!

I had the best oil change ever in my car. Staff was professional clean manner able no side conversations with other staff. They have cameras where you can see the staff below working and doing what they should be doing. Great!!!!! If you get a chance you should go here.

The people were kind and i got my oil changed in less than 10th minutes. I plan to go here formally my oilchanges
