I have dealt with Bree's for both service and a new furnace install. In every interaction, the service was prompt, honest, and at a fair price. I would gladly recommend to my friends and family as Bree's has earned my trust and loyalty.

Bree's heating and cooling is the worst company I ever dealt with as a single woman and homeowner. Jack Gibson was the one that installed the furnace, which was installed improperly. The furnace was inferior and the labor was poor. He did not pull a permit to do the work. Mr. Gibson was very rude and short with me, screaming , yelling and hanging up the phone on me. I don't believe the work passed City inspection, which they could not do at the time because a permit was not filed. I could not go forth before this time because, Bree's company did not provide my with an accurate receipt for the work. I paid the company $2200.00 for the installation of the furnace. Mr. Jack Gibson gave me a receipt for $1200.00 with a balance due of $1000.00. After months of calling with no resolve, my brother ask to speak to Mr. Gibson. He became quite nasty with him also. He finally gave receipt and an apology to me. I request my money back and the furnace removed. He refused to remove the furnace ( valued at $600) that I paid $2200 for installation and refund my money. It was suggested that I make a police report and contact the Better Business Bureau. I feel that it would be better to freeze than call Bree's Heating and Cooling.
