Customer Be Aware! Hoy Construction was hired to completed a Basement build out in October 2015. As of June 2016, the project was still not completed due to numerous excuses, not showing up for work, and when they did show up it was never for more than 5 hours. In addition, Hoy Construction was paid $3000 of the remaining $3500 to finish the job and as of June 27, 2016 Hoy walked out on the job breaching their contract, leaving property damage, and improperly installing interior doors. Specifically, they did not complete the drywall seams on the ceiling, broke tile and grout trying to install the shower door which is not installed and the damage to the tile and grout remain, left holes in the drywall after improperly installing interior barn doors, and left damage to paint and unfinished work in the bar. Numerous efforts have been attempted to communicate with Ryan Hoy via phone, e-mail, and text and no response. DO NOT HIre! - they are not licensed in GA and will not complete work.

Hired in September 2015 to finish 1500 SF basement---took money but never showed up--no communication just apologies for the delays finally told them to give my money back less the little work that was completed. Very disappointed in whole engagement. Having to go to court to settle as Hoy Contruction is keeping deposit. Buyer beware don't think Hoy Construction is capable of timely delivery on larger projects and seem to rush from job to job- typical workday when they show up is 1030-2
