This business is in real need of some customer service training. When the manager (not a teenager) wouldn't hang up her cell phone to do business with their customers it should be a RED FLAG that when something gets lost....THEY DO NOT CARE...AT ALL. She wouldn't even hang up the phone when you are trying to explain the problem.

The OWNER needs to know how bad their customer service is in this store. They simply do not care
