I purchased 3 tickets online via a third party, but the tickets weren't for BD 3D as I thought. I went to the theater the same day that I bought the tickets and was told that I can upgrade at that location when BD 3D tickets are available. I went back today to upgrade but was told I'd have to get a refund and repurchase the tickets online, which would mean an additional handling/service fee, plus the upgrade from RealD 3D to BD 3D. Everyone was nice and I was about to leave, but the manager stepped in and took care of the tickets for me. Thank you very much. We go to all the Marvel and Star Wars movies and have always liked this theater. I'm glad my first experience with the new owners (AMC) was great.
