I'm a young female in my mid twenties who had heard great things about Subaru's and was really looking forward to purchasing my second car, and it being a Subaru. My sales Rep, Paul, was the WORST and most rude sales rep I've ever had to deal with. He talked down to me, talked over me, didn't listen to me, and never returned any of my phone calls. I'm assuming it's because I'm a young female who he assumed knows nothing. You'd think he would treat a veteran with a little bit more respect. I went in on the Thursday before thanksgiving and because I didn't finance through them I had to wait until Monday or Tuesday of the following week to pick up my car- which I understood and that was fine with me. But when I called on Tuesday to ask the status of my car because I hadn't heard anything from Paul, Paul was rude, talked over me, didn't listen to a word I said and then basically hung up on me after telling me there was nothing he could do for me. It's no surprise that when I called the next day (thanksgiving eve) to ask the status of my car again, that Paul had the day off and told the Business Manager, Steve that I didn't want to pick my car up until after thanksgiving, which I never said! I said several times I want it as soon as possible! Steve informed me that my car was ready but he didn't call me because of the wrong message Paul had left for him. If it weren't for me being persistent and calling, who knows when I would've gotten my car. Lastly, I had to put down a $500 deposit the day I stopped in to look at the car. I was told that deposit would be refunded to me once the car was picked up. Here I am, a week and a half before Christmas, no refund. I called Paul exactly a week ago and he said he would get back to me that day. I've heard nothing since. Everyone else I dealt with at this dealership was great but DONT GO TO PAUL unless you're ready to be ignored and talked down to like you're an idiot.

I also had a horrible service experience. They charged 2X what I was quoted for brake fluid repalcement, quoted over 2X what another dealer charges for a replacement remote key fob, and diagnosed an oil leak as a $1800 head gasket replacement, which turned out to be less than $50 oil pressure switch at a very reliable local mechanic. I will never go back!

This group of unprofessional sales people will lie, cheat and lie again. They will do everything in their power to steal from you and then laugh while you are driving away.



I was told there was no cost maintenance on my vehicle throughout the warranty period. This is an absolute lie. When I called and spoke to the manager there, he agreed over the phone to the coverage, but when I asked him to put it in writing and begin covering my maintenance costs he quickly changed his tune and said he did not agree to anything over the phone.



These are the scum of the earth. Stay away! AS FAR AS YOU CAN.



I am filing complaints with Subaru, and Mitchell Auto Group.

I was charged $32.32 for a gal...

I was charged $32.32 for a gallon of Subaru coolant and $2.50 for a container of coolant conditioner at Mitchell Subaru. The same items at Center Subaru were $22.64 for the coolant and $1.75 for the conditioner. This is a ripoff of the first degree. I have purchased two Subaru's in the past from Mitchell and one from Center Subaru. My recommendation based on the service department and the parts department is buy your next Subaru and your parts at Center Subaru.

We recently bought a new car f...

We recently bought a new car from Mitchell Subaru and were very pleased with the professionalism and service they provided. It was important to us to buy the car from a local dealer. They didn't have the exact car we wanted but they were able to quickly locate it and bring it to Canton. Our salesperson was helpful throughout the process and made us feel that our time was important. The entire experience was hassle free.

This dealership deserves a rat...

This dealership deserves a rating of negative stars. this dealership is a nightmare. I ordered a car in Sept. 2011, and first they had it, then they didn't. I had to make numerous tel calls to get a callback. Months went by and no car.

I finally cancelled the deal and requested my $500- refund back.

To top off this horrendous experience, the check the dealership sent me bounced. I am now attempting to get my money back in cash.

A nightmare....an absolute nightmare.
