I hire Jon Olmstead to inspect my new home in Dec 2014. I am keep finding out how many things he did not inspect property.



He addressed there is a minor termite activity but I found out there is a HOLE on two floor joist 2 month after I moved in.



I spent $1,800 to replace my AC duct insulation on April 2015, even before I run my AC for the first time since the insulation was WET.



While GC is fixing AC duct insulation issue, he said insulation is missing in my attic approx. 8'x8' area. How he didn't see missing insulation in the attic?



One of my window sash cord was cut when I moved in.



Missing caulking at sink in the kitchen and two bathrooms which cased water damage under sink counter.

Be leary! Had them inspect my house, he missed a overflowing bucket under a leaky washer hook up. Major electrical issues, broken oven, and a really bad roof, and the list goes on. I called them, to see what the"Guarantee" was... Guaranteed not to return a phone call. and since they are a "LLC", not liable for anything , on a house I would not have purchased...or would have negotiated way differently... had he done what he was paid to do... Too bad you cant give ZERO stars on this site
