Love these guys!!! Not enough people ever write good reviews... We ordered a hot tub and it was delivered exactly when they said it would. Also the two guys that delivered it were so slick. They were actually earlier, that never happens when it comes to delivery guys. Totally recommend them, they were also willing to work with us on price unlike other places we went. We got steps, cover and lift with our hot tub that cost 2,000 less then the same tub quoted elsewhere.

They are RUDE, take your money. Everything about them is unprofessional and this is just from the retail side. The owner does not care about the customer, hires in experienced help, and prices are high. I will never do business with them again!
If you value your money, I recommend you spend it elsewhere.

Pool and spa Outlet in Canonsburg is OUTSTANDING! They installed our pool 6 years ago and because Murphys Law seems to apply to me personally, I have had a few equipment malfunctions which were factory caused. Ashley and Fred went out of their way on all occasions to make certain that the pump and Heater companies stood by their products and got me up and running expediently! THATS IMPORTANT WHEN YOU Hve two kids! I recommend this company for their attention to detail and family atmosphere. From quote to installation to service, they are the best in the tri-state area! Purchased our pool from them eight years ago. Absolutely wonderful service. Have never had a problem. Buy all our chemicals from them every year. The sustain line of chemicals work great! A little more expensive than regular chemicals, but have never had a problem with algae or other issues. We also purchased thermostat gas logswith remote for our fireplace in November and they had the nicest logs at the best price in the entire area.

They have been wonderful to deal with. We first purchaced a hot tub, and then later a pool. The product quality is excellent, and their personal service and communication along the process of installation and repairs/trouble shooting is prompt and accurate. I would not hesitate to reccomend them, they know their business and it shows.

Great family owned company! My husband and I purchased our inground here a few years ago and couldnt be happier with our decision. We stil use them for opening and closing our pool and for water testing, which is really helpful.
