My dog can't wait to go there for daycare or extended stay. Manager is the best. They tell me everything my dog did that day. They are animal lovers. Highly recommend

Great kennel! Very personalized service, great new manager! They truly care about our dogs! I would highly recommend DeLuca's!

We have used DeLuca's for more than 10 years to kennel our dogs. We could not be happier nor could our dogs, who always leave us with their tails wagging. Two years ago we left our two dogs with DeLuca's and we mixed some powered eggs in with their normal kibble to replace the fresh egg they normally get, this did not sit well with the dogs who both developed diarrhea after about a week of this new diet, DeLuca's called our vet and drove to Bridgeville to get the prescription food that cleared everything up. There was no charge for this added service.



We had used about 6 kennels in the South Hills area before we found DeLuca's; each of these six was terrible; one assured us that they could handle injecting our then diabetic dog and instead nearly killed her by overdosing the dog. Another had no staff when we went to pick up our dog during posted business hours, etc.



DeLuca's has always treated us and more importantly our dogs with the highest level of care and respect and we could not recommend them more.

We though we would try a new kennel for my dogs so we went to Deluca's....what a HUGE MISTAKE! This was the worst place ever! My dogs were there a total of 4 days and 2 of my dogs required vet visits after the terrible care they received at Deluca's. (My total vet bills after their stay at Deluca's was $348!!!) One of my dogs somehow scratched the cornea in his eye and will be on medication for his eye for over a week! And this is the better dog of the 2. The other dog came home with cuts on his feet and a terribly upset stomach and blood in his poop. We took him to the vet to be told he had eaten rocks! We are hoping they pass or he will need surgery! He is now on medication for the next week as well! I guess he was left outside unattended. I am so upset about the neglect they received. I worry for anyone who leaves their pet in the care of this kennel! They should have a sign saying "Stay at your own Risk!" We will NEVER use this kennel again!

We dropped our golden retriever off last week and told the staff that he sometimes gets hot spots. We also called several times during the week to check on him. Each time, we were told that he was doing great, though something in their voices made us think that they didn't even really know which dog was ours. We went to pick him up today, and as soon as he got in the car noticed a large hot spot on his front leg. all of the fur was chewed away and it looks raw. While we are not blaming them for the spot, nobody had even commented on this to us. They also seemed to be pretty upset when they told us that he was rambunctious so they didn't give him the walks that we paid extra for, instead gave him outside play time.

My little boy needed groomed. I saw an ad for Deluca's Canine Country Club in McMurray, PA - and I thought - hey, McMurray, classey...Well, let me tell you, the groomers at Deluca's ruined my dog's coat so bad that he had to be taken to another groomer to get fixed. Deluca's groomers shaved his stomach (with what looks like a razor), cut the hair on his rump with scissors that should be used on material - not a dog, shaved his neck down to the skin. When we picked him up, it looked like he was crying. He was shivering and shaking so bad that we had to hold him all night just to calm him down. I will NEVER return to Deluca's for any reason and I will NEVER recommend Deluca's to anyone. They had the nerve to charge me for what they did to my little boy.

Over the years I hated to board my dogs anywhere. It always seemed that when I picked them up they walked as if they were sore and somewhat less then their usual energetic, playful selves. Last year I had to board my largest dog for an emergency and decided to give Delucas a try. They were so nice and were very affectionate to my dog. When I picked Bear up he was clean, very happy and had no problems at all. Why am I writing this review now? Because I am in need of the kennel services again and could think of no where else i'd rather have him go. When I came online for the number I was surprised there were no reviews and I just had to let people know that it's a great place
