We have to say that working with IDN was a pleasure. It was with very minimal headache. John is a very honest person, responsible, available at all times. His staff on schedule for the most part. We did not like the layout of our tile. We told John. I was ready for a big argument but nothing. John had his worker take it out completely. It was redone perfectly & we love it. Laying the hardwood floor in our house was not an easy task. Ask for Rafa to do your hardwood floor. He is an artist. The work is not perfect but houses are not perfect as John told us & we agree with him. He has promised us an after sale service that we have not needed so far. But we have no doubts that he will take care of any issues if we need him. Before we chose IDN for hardwood floor & tile in our house, we interviewed three other contractors. The worst one being Imperial. Do not do business with them. One had moved his showroom without updating his web site. We found IDN through mail ads. We checked their w

IDN Hardwood Floor & Carpet Super Store was just one of my options. i went to several different locations and most store employees didn't even know one thing about hardwood flooring or carpets. the employee's were the opposite of diligent. The "Top name brand" stores were not gracious. After i went to one of these name brand stores i headed to IDN. just as i walked into the door i was greeted by the very friendly and kind IDN owner. He showed me all types of wood and everything was beautiful. i did not know witch to chose from so John came to my house and showed me what he thought would be best for my home. at first i was a little undecided but i went with it. the very next day he sent his crew to work on my floor, to my surprise they finished in just 3 days. With the hugeness of my home i thought it would take weeks. Once it was finished it seemed as if the whole house came together. The house looked amazing i was very surprised by the efficiency and dedication of the crew, thank you

I loved IDN and the are very profession at their job .I called john and he answered all my questions and he came to my house and gave me ideas about what kind of flooring is good for my house and i love the result ,it makes me happy every day i wake up and look at my floor thanks IDN

John turned my house into a showplace...Im so happy with the final result and I would recommend this company to anyone. I checked out every flooring store in the San Fernando Valley and I got the best product for the best price at IDN. My wife and I have been going back and forth shopping for wood floors and have visited many showrooms only to be turned off by what I call the "used car sales approach" with many of the other places we had visited. From the moment we walked into IDN Hardwood we felt very welcomed and at ease and were educated about the different types of wood. We met the owner as well as some of the other staff and all I can say is that they are a true class act and really take the time to let you make sure that you find exactly what you are looking for and no pressure to buy at that moment. Excellent service 5 stars all the way...
