We hired Pine construction to replace the doors in our house and paint one bedroom. When he had finished a fine job on both, he sent a worker to do touch-ups. The worker RUINED the beautiful paint job in my daughter’s room. Unfortunately, based on his other work, I had paid him in full. I could NEVER get him even to come back and look at the final paint job. He did, however, offer to send the same incompetent worker back to fix the walls – an offer I refused. I now have to hire someone else to fix his paint job and sue him to get him to pay for it. Hire him if you want good work but don’t want someone to stand behind their work. NEVER hire them to do any painting, and if you do, make sure not to pay him until after the touchup.
