When I called different check cashing stores most of the people I spoke to were rude or I could barely understand. The customer service on the phone was very helpful and friendly. And, the rate they quoted me on the phone was EXACTLY what they gave me when I visited the store. Also, the store is VERY clean and neat unlike most other chek cashing stores. I will definately go back to this store if I need to cash a check or do Western Union in the future.
