They have lost there San Diego branch and they will soon be out of business, do not hire them to do any upgrades to your property. The owner of the company Mark Green is both a crook and a liar. He does not pay his subcontractors and this leaves homeowners in a terrible situation, weather you have paid bvhr in full or not . If they fail to pay the people doing the work (subcontractor) your house is liable to have a mechanic's lein placed on it. Bvhr does not do any of the work they sell you themselves they hire subcontractors for all there installs. They have 0 in house employees for there installs. Before choosing a company to intrust your home with, think twice about Bvhr. You to can be left in the wake of a money hungry company that has no care for there customers or the subcontractors they hire to do the work.
