To anyone looking to have their floors refinished- pay the extra money to have them done by real professionals who know what they are doing. We hired them to color and refinish our 3 bedrooms,hallway, livingroom, and stairs. What a mistake. They ruined the finish on one bedroom floor. All of the other floors were different colors and did not match each other. They left behind stain drips and puddling. And they also do not finish until after dark so that it is harder to see the mistakes. Both the owners and the employees agreed what a terrible job it was. I also took lots of before and after pictures thank goodness. Anyway, the owners sent the same guys back to take the color and finish off. What a mistake. They got here at 9:00a.m. and didn't get done until 11:00 p.m. We now have stain splashed on all of our walls, on the stairway railing which is white and we have to pay someone new to come in and fix all the damage this company did. I have tons of pictures to verify everything. You don't want this to happen to you. And if you decide to go ahead with their services- TAKE BEFORE PICTURES!!! We paid for something that ended up looking worse than before we started. If this was a reputable business they would have not charged us for their costly mistakes.

My floors were full of pet stains and water marks. I called Mr.Sandless and talked with Jim Rousher He was Honest & upfront with me and told me what I could expect. When He arrived He suggested I color the floors a little darker and it would cover the stains. When he was done my floors looked awesome and at no time was he nor any of his crew unprofessial as suggested in the other review.He did my Living room and Dining room and I am having them back to do my stairs and 3 bedrooms. Again Thanks JIM!!!

Mr. Sandless completely ruined my floors. They tried charging me a 1100..and the floors looked awful. They looked better before Mr Sandless came. When Mr Sandless was finished my husband and I told him the floors looked ridiculous and he tried threatening my husband ..telling him to "meet him outside". Mr Sandless is a huge rip off and very unprofessional. I will be more than happy to send pictures of my floor to anyone who's thinking of getting "Mr.Sandless"
