I live in unit 15 in Canby in the Redwoods Estates.

There is a white pick up truck that apparently spends a lot of time at unit 18 or 20 just across the street from my unit. Today at 430 PM the driver of this pick up came zipping through the park at least 30 MPH. He does this routinely. I am just wondering what can be done about this. As far as I know he is not a legal tenant in the park.
