If I could do half a star I would, the service I received when I called for help was unsatisfactory. I called because I had low water pressure they told me to clean my filter I told them I did not no how to do that an would pay the cost to have them come so it they responded with " well if you want us to come out we're going to charge you double" I said that was fine. I've got young kids an I need my water to work they then gave me more info on how to fix it an said call back on Monday if you can't figure it out... I called on a Saturday. They were very rude when they finally made it out to my house they didn't bother telling me they were here they shut off my water in the middle of my giving my 8 month old a bath. The second time we called them they again acted as if they did not want to come out an do the job. I do not recommend them. Hopefully they can look into some ways to be more caring about the customers
