Do not have a good thing to say about this business. We have lost $40,000 on a REIT which we purchased several years ago. We were told this was a 7 year investment. It was lie out and out. It has been more than that and we still cannot get our money. This rating should be no stars but you cannot post on without putting one on it. Mr. Chris Stutes is not a good person.
