This has been the most horrible experience I have ever had, so many times I waited hours for my appointment when I showed up on time, even told me I had to go home because they couldn't get to me after waiting for hours. It's over an hour drive for me to drivr there. The dentures made were unwearable, I was promised a new set and then another new set when they bought their flex machine because of all the problems I had been having with them. They won't return phone calls, always some kind of sickness or issue why they can't talk. I am going to stop at this for this review, the worst parts will start to be shown on reviews if something is not done. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to see how they can help. I am holding back a lot of details to try to not be so mean but will put more out if I continue to get ignored and the problem isn't resolved. By the way they are not backed by the Better Business Bureau because of an unresolved complaint. My doctor will not refer to them any more because of the complaints. I would stay away. Someone else had the same issues as me, we both had them online under yelp, but I suppose they paid them to take the bad reviews off. I spoke with this person, like I said there is so much I am not saying, Lyndsy can not concentrate and runs around not really accomplishing much, I have my thoughts why and I will tell the Better Business Bureau why. Her dad is too old and doesn't do a good job any more. I will come back and say why he came out of retirement if I have to, but I am trying to be nice. That's it for now. I will keep this up, the other person and I spoke and don't want people to end up like us, we both are only asking for our money back but they make arrangements then don't keep them.
