Love the staff, I've only had great experiences thus far. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. My daughter's teacher is great and the most important thing is she is learning and having fun doing it!

Both of my girls attend Heaven Sent and we couldn't be more happy! They learn so much and do a variety of fun learning activities. There is excellent communication with the teachers on how my girls are doing. All of the staff is very friendly and caring. Ms. Tamie, the owner cares so much about all of the children, parents and staff, and it shows! My children are safe and loved! Couldn't be more pleased!

Our two year old daughter has been going to Heaven Sent for over a year and we, and she, love it!! The entire staff care so much for all of the kids, and treat each and every one of them as if they were their own. Our daughter loves going to "class" and is always so happy to see her friends and teachers. They have a great curriculum, and have a lot of fun, too. They also do our daughter's hair in cute pig tails or braids! :) And as a parent, I appreciate that the staff is very willing to partner with us to provide the best care for our girl. We truly feel that our daughter is safe, loved, learning, well fed, and having fun! We highly recommend Heaven Sent!

I've had mixed experiences here as my sons have attended here for a few years now. I've had a great experience with my youngest (age 1) in the infant room (Ms. Michelle and Ms. Kristin) and he's had a good transition to the 1 yr old classroom (Ms. Thaislee, Ms. Zandra). My 3 yr old has experienced a lot of turnover in teachers for the past year...previous staff members have been very unprofessional and the classrooms seem chaotic, not able to handle difficulties, lack of communication and follow-through. We finally have a decent and experienced teacher in his room, so I'm hopeful that things will continue to improve. The manager of the building we're at (Brooke) has been wonderful and has done well listening and responding to our concerns/frustration, and works hard to get our needs met. I hope that things improve overall at this center as staff in our building is very friendly and caring, but I feel there is inconsistency and a lack of training and communication at times.

This is the WORST daycare that my children have ever been to. There is a LOT of bullying going on and when a child retaliates against the bullying they are looked at as a problem. When an incident does occur at the daycare the staff NEVER informs the parent of the situation, you hear about it from your child.



There is a new teacher by the name Sarah who pulls the kids ears and tells the kids to shut up. The owner Tammy is NEVER present and there is a high turnover rate of teachers. The staff is unprofessional and unorganized. I would NEVER send my kids here agIn.

The owner is very unprofessional.

Love this daycare! Very friendly staff and beautiful facility. My kids love it!
