I've lived in Countryview East for a little over a year now and the only complaint I have is there is no central air in the 2 bedroom lofts and the old fashioned heaters on the walls. My heating and cooling bills are outrageous! Other than that, the management and maintenance has been great! The management even worked out something with the YMCA for the parents who wanted to take advantage of the discounted membership for the kids during the summer. I nor my kids never feel unsafe and we have taken the opportunity to get to know our neighbors. We all look out for each other.

I lived there for 3 yrs I agree with other review, Dave is a prick, paid my rent on time, still got NO service, drugs, thefts and neighbors are ghetto as hell. Saved up bought a beautiful home in a beautiful neighborhood. Stay away from this complex, its rumoured the manager buys drugs from tenants and It wouldnt suprise me. Old appliances and the toilets never work. STAY AWAY, for the safety of yourself and that of your family.

I lived there for 2 years & none of the maintenance issues were ever resolved or repaired. The carpets are nasty & dirty when you first move in then when you move out they try to make you pay for the new carpeting that they installed after you moved out. The rental manager there his name is Dave is very mean, cruel, & threatens to evict you if you have an issue maintenance wise or other wise. The complex is not very safe to live in & the Columbus Police are out there every night at least 5 or more times because of drugs & theft & assaults on people. Your car can get broken into at all hours & even stolen. I WOULD NOT refer this place for anyone to live at. TOO NASTY & TOO DANGEROUS plus the whole complex is highly roach invested!!!!!!
