always the staff was very friendly and their always smile to everybody.so far waiting is not too long.very wonderfull.

Keke worked on my daughter today and made her feel extremely comfortable. She explained what she was going to be doing helping to ease her fears. When she shed a couple of tears she talked her through it and by the end of the appointment they were on a first name basis sharing stories. I believe she is Hannah’s new favorite though all of the women working there have been very kind. She is at the end of wearing braces and has ended up with a beautiful smile thanks to Dr. Jesse and Dr. Carmen and their infinite patience. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Dr.Carmen Sr. is a personable provider with wonderful bedside manner. Both personally and professionally I have been subject to healthcare providers that often forget that the patient is an individual with their own thought processes and opinions. Dr.Carmen is not that type of provider , he allows the patient to be involved in their treatment plan and to make decisions based off of their personal preference.

This is the 6th person in our family that has chosen to have Dr. Carmen as our orthodontist. We have complete faith that we will have another beautiful Carmen smile in our family.

Wonderful staff! Very caring! My daughter has anxiety and feel comfortable with the Drs and staff! We love it here!

Everyone in the office from the first person i saw to the last was very nice & helpful. The office is very comforting & modern.

My daughter has been a patient for the last 6 years. She just got her braces off on 8/27 and I could not be happier with the results. Such an amazing transformation. We drive over an hour to get to her appointments and still, I would never choose to go anywhere else. Thank you for the great experience!!!

My son just had his braces on yesterday. Tammy was very professional and gentle with him. She completely eased all his worries. They are great to work with and are very thankful they are taking care of our boy!

Since I had such a wonderful experience with my TMJ treatment, I decided to take my two girls for orthodontics to Dr. Carmen's office. It is about an hour drive 1 way for us which does not matter when you get great honest care and I feel confident that my girls will have the same great care as I did. "

I have two boys who received braces from Dr. Carmen. My boys loved going to his office. He was always so friendly and welcoming to them. Always cracking jokes! Dr. Carmen did a great job on their teeth. He even spent extra time making new retainers when they didn't always follow his directions. I would definitely recommend Dr. Carmen for your orthodontic needs.
