Great company! Have been doing business with GrassMaster for years. They take pride in their work. Locally owned, important to me when I choose a service business.

GrassMaster has fertilized my lawn for the past couple of years. On Tuesday of this week, they came out to do the first treatment of the year, after 5 days if rain. My yard was way too soggy to be on especially with some type of ride-on spraying tractor! When I called because of the ruts and mud that they left on my lawn, they sent someone out to look. They left this note on my door "Yard Is Not Tore up - Mud Tracks- When it Rains Again- You will not see -Tracks will go away" I am shocked that a supposed lawn professional would drive around on a WET lawn and then that any business professional would have this reaction when confronted with their shoddy work! Yes, some of these tracks are just mud on the grass, but some are ruts. At the very least the lawn needs rolled because of their carelessness.

Very happy with our lawn. Our technician does a wonderful job and my lawn has not looked better! Everytime I call in their customer service reps are very nice and their follow up is fantastic!

Used them for one year for fertilization and was happy with their service. We decided to update our landscaping and called them the beginning of March (while snow was still on the ground) for a design and quote. We were happy with the price quoted and told Steve Drabek to move forward but the job had to be done by April 30. He stated that there would be no problem meeting our deadline since it was 6 weeks out. This is when we got to experience the complete lack of communication and customer service of this company.



Steve's wife, Tricia handles scheduling (according to Steve) so he told me to call her to "get on the schedule". From the moment I called her on, we were giving the run around. We chased Steve for weeks asking when they would be doing our job, if he got our updated design etc... He never had any answers. He was supposed to stop at my house on 4/15 to go over a few things and never showed up or called to let me know he couldn't make it. On 4/24 I called him and asked him for a firm date on when they would be installing our new landscaping. Steve stated he was driving and would call me back in 10 minutes. That was 3 days ago and I have yet to hear from him.



I refuse to beg a company to take my money so I will be going elsewhere for my landscaping and lawn fertilization needs.
