This salon came with high marks & for weeks tried to make an appointment. When I finally had one, I would get a phone call that a mistake was made & I was no longer in the system. I called back a few days later & was now told that I should call back because the phones were busy & the incompetent receptionist could not handle making another appointment when the phones were ringing off the hook & too many people were coming in. Called back one more time ( I no that was crazy of me ). This time I was asked to leave my phone number & someone will call me back because only the hairdressers know their schedules & would be able to make the appointment. The message I got was " They are no longer taking new clients ". Needless to say, this was an easy decision NOT to become their new client. NEWS FLASH. This is NOT how you do business & you will certainly NOT be getting mine. Thumbs down.
