Steer clear!



Wedgewood Properties has been managing the apartments that I live at for about a year now. This company has been the most unprofessional company I have ever dealt with.



I have put in a few maintenance requests and it seems that Catherine, who's the owner’s wife, is not able to properly communicate with the tenants and their maintenance people to coordinate times/dates. Catherine will always say that she will call you back but you end up having to always call her back, leave her voice mails and continue to try and track her down. Whenever you try calling their offices they are never available.



I've only had 2 encounters with Catherine and she is nothing nice. Off the back she likes to talk to you with an attitude, she likes to talk over you and if she doesn't like what she hears she will also hang up on you.



By far this is the worse company I have ever encountered.
