I agree with the previous statement, and have found them to be under-trained since they did not know the FURminator brush is for use on the body only! They used it on my Pomeranian's tail, I am so pissed that his tail has not grown back the same AT ALL! If you have any brains, you would not bring your pet here....DOG OR CAT! These people care of nothing, but money and it is sickening. PLEASE don't bring your pet here, these people only act kind to get your service and then abuse your trust and your pet. I had my dog in under Jennifer Underwood(The supposed manager) who seems to be a complete moron! I would also like to add that Eileen's mouth is inappropriate and extremely vulgar and Jocelyn is extremely rude. Jolene seemed sweet and completely out of place there, she should find a place more appropriate to her abilities! I will never refer anyone to this place since they always have a mess on the floor and treat the animals as a thing, not a being! I now take my pets to see a young lady with way better manners and tons more variety at a great deal! I even like that this new groomer of mine lets my pet play when he is done. You can find something better than this, if I could retract even this one star I would....they don't deserve it!

This review is for Teena and Jocelyn who were observed through the window hitting my dog to get her to calm down! They poorly handle animals and have been seen yelling and hitting my dog, so who knows how they will handle your pet! DON'T GO HERE!
