My name is Patricia and I have had numerous problems with my 2006 vw convertible. Not having my husband home made car repair problems very stressfull for me. There are several automotive shops that highly recommended going to Kirkwood VW. The owner treated me with respect and after I told him the problems with my vw he was very helpful .He saved me alot of unnecessary expense and time. He took the time to look over my vw and then explained the possiblities of repair. Kirkwood VW is honest and does care about customer service. Thank you .
