I had an appointment for a 9am oil change this monday, and had my wife take it in. People came in after her and were taken care of first. Don knows me because he hired me at Reeses many years ago. I have since retired and live in camp verde so I go there. I guess I will be going to reeses from now on if thats the way they work.

The staff is courteous and they are never late when I have an appointment. Believe me, that is not the case at other service providers! Always quick and reliable with emergency service also! I am pleased!

Came in for service and they broke our hubcap. Over two months later, Don the owner would not return our phone calls or emails. They never did repair or replace the hubcap that THEY broke. Their behaivior was shameful and dishonest. We finally picked up the broken hubcap and a retired family friend repaired it in 10 minutes. We went to another tire shop and they installed it on the car for free. The hubcap sat for over two months at Tire Pro's and not a single one of them could fix it. Doesn't sound very "PRO" to me. Seems their momma never took them to a good church to learn the simple difference between right and wrong. Take my advive: go somewhere where they know the difference between right and wrong. Unfortunately, Tire Pro's has demonstrated that they do not and they obviously don't care about their customers.
