Absolutely horrible. I hired them to fix a washing machine with busted bearings. The final cost was over $500 and took 5 weeks to complete. What is a family with a 3 months old to do without a washer for that long? When I did finally get the machine back and installed they demanded payment or threatened to take the machine back. I said I wanted to test the machine and see for myself and was told they can't do that. The man was very rude and condoscending to me during the whole process. It's been less than 10 months and the exact same part broke again! When I called to find out exactly what was replaced so I could look into a warranty I was told the repair warranty was only 90 days and that sometimes these things happen. It was my understanding they basically built me a band new machine, which is why the repair took over a month, they continued ordering more parts. Why do other appliance repair shops say bearings should last 10 years, and I barely got 10 months? They never called me back with a list of items replaced so I could contact ge about part warranty. I doubt they even bought get parts. Absolute scam and rude people. Oh, and I know the "repair guy" is also the owner. When I asked to talk with the owner I was told he was on vacation. Interesting that the owners Facebook picture looks exactly like the repair guy. Very classy...
