Way too expensive if you have ...

Way too expensive if you have insurance and a deductable. Better off not having insurance. Insured rate $260/hr. Uninsured rate less than $100/hr. No negotiation if you have to pay out of pocket. They need competion here in Camp Verde. Bad for America. Don't use this place if at all possible.
