We called Pronto to clear our main drain after seeing that they had a $99 main drain cleaning on there website. Upon arrival the technician told my wife that the fee would be $499.71 We were desperate and agreed to the fee without calling around. The tech spoke with my wife and told her the pipe needed replaced due to roots. She agreed and paid him upfront for a $3379.95 pipe removal job. The drain at this point had not been cleared as the tech told my wife to go easy on the water. When I got home i canceled the replacement and scheduled him to come back out where I spoke with him. He said the pipe needed replaced as he could not tell if there was damage.I asked him if he could clear the roots and he said maybe but that would up to $1100 and there would be no guarantees I reluctantly paid pronto $559.66 for a job not complete job. I found Wizard Drain who cleared out for $450 and would have started and completed job for same price.

Water heater was under warranty but the charged me $1100 for 4 hrs labor. I will NEVER use them again

Very, very expensive, $1000.00 to install a tub faucet!

Have never used them again.

They sent their representative out the same day and he knew exactly what to do and also gave me very useful advice for the future care of my home's plumbing.

I called them to get commode fixing. The operator said that the dispatch fee is $54.95 and you will get price quoted upfront. I thought it's fair and agreed for appointment. They are ready to schedule with in an hour. It's a red signal. They are not busy.

My regular plumber is busy and asked for a next week appointment.



Pronto plumber came on time and tried to sell the membership (High price). I asked to give me quote. He gave me quote of 249.58 dollars. I told him it's rip off.

He said it's their price. I have to pay the dispatch fee, if i refused the service.

I paid the dispatch fee and ask him to leave my house.

Look's like this is common with this company. I checked the price book, it's very expensive. Pronto plumbing is part of home service companies. they are all like this.



Don't waste your money calling them.



I got it fixed with my regular plumber for 45 dollars.

I recently had Jim from Pronto Plumbing come install a GE Hybrid water heater and it is great! Jim did a very nice job and the work looks great. Now it's time to see how much money it will save us. Thanks Pronto.
