Awful customer service! Horrible person to deal with...he's nice until he gets your business, then he is rude and doesn't want to deal with anyone. Overpriced, bad quality, bad service. Purchased a VERY expensive ring (thousands of dollars) and a diamond fell out several times...the jeweler, not remembering that we purchased the ring here, said that the ring was basically a piece of junk (although at the time of sale it was supposedly worth every penny). He has had it on his "bench" for over a month and that diamonds keep falling out (although when I brought it there this time he checked the ring and said that only the one diamond needed replaced) and every time we call to get the status he is very annoyed with us and tells us it will be done within days, which it hasn't been. Then when we leave a message with a person (not on a machine) he never calls us back. We have to call again!! We are still waiting on the ring...I think I will just ask for a refund of my money that I paid to get it fixed since it was never completed and go to a different store. Don't waste your time or money on this establishment for poor quality and service.
