Being new to the area, I got a referral from American Homes. Bob did most of the job quickly. I paid him in full, thinking that he had completed the job, but there were a few loose ends. At that time, I was living in a rental so I didn't realize the job wasn't done. I had to call him several times to have him complete the job. I will say that the weather got bad and he said he had a lot of service calls. So, I got upset with him and drew a line in the sand, He did come and fix everything. So, I would just say that make sure the job is totally done before paying him off. Bob was a pleasant guy and didn't lose his temper when I repeatedly called him to get everything hooked up. The thermostat for my electrical to take over heating if the gas runs out wasn't hooked up until December. So, I was quite concerned.
