It seems everytime that I go there are new people working! They are all very poilety and help me! I will continue giving my business to 191 auto salvage

Just like any business this one has good and bad qualities! They have signs posted all through over by the office that tells the customers parts are sold as is and that if you pick a part out there is no way to return or exchange it! But they do try and work with you and make it fair! As far as the younger lady in the office she is very nice and always smiles! She made a mistake once on my ticket and when i came back a month or 2 later she corrected it! The elderly lady did the same thing!

These guys sold me a truck frame for $500. When I got it home I realised it was rusted through and would be unusable. I returned to see what they would do to make things right and the owner (or so I was told) said he would do nothing. I tried as peacefully as possible to talk some sense into him but he just walked away like a coward. It's too bad because I build classic Chevys and would be a return customer, but I guess this business is more concerned with dihonest means to make a fast buck.
