Terrible service. Their commercial boasts of there staff being caring and loving, but that is a complete lie. I had an 8:30 appointment, and at 11:00 I had to leave. When I asked the receptionist why this wait was so long she told me that the wait time is always 4 to 5 hours for first time patients. I explained that I didn't mind that but it would have been nice to know that so that I could have made better babysitter arrangement. I then asked to reschedule. She gave me a date that was 3 months away. I couldn't wait that long but she told me she didn't care and that I either had to stay and wait for my appointment or I had to wait 3 months. She was very ignorant and uncaring to my situation and refused to apologize.
