Staff is friendly, timely and professional. Establishment is clean and prices are comparable to those in the area.

The staff is rude and like someone else said, they seem like they're agitated that you are even there.

The lady who did my nails just seemed agitated with me the entire time & didn't speak a single word of English. She first cut my toe & made it bleed. Then cut my cuticle & made it bleed as well! My nails were a MESS & started peeling 3 days later (I got gel nails). I'll never go back.

Its a hit or miss place. Yes its clean but some of the ladies there seem like your bothering them when they have to work on you. I won't be returning.

I've been coming here for over 1 year. It is clean, with every client getting sterilized instruments. Some of the women are better than others, so I try to make an appointment with my favorite. My biggest complaint is that some speak very little English and there is a lot of talking amongst them in Vietnamese. It's rude & I think they need to make an effort to learn English when living & working in the USA.



The prices are reasonable, the facility is clean, and although you do not need an appointment, you can make one, minimizing any wait time.

My nails look horrible. I would never go back there ! The wait is horrible, the work is pathetic. The price I paid to get this type of work is upsetting. My French tips arent straight and when I said how I wanted my eye brows the women looked at me with disgust and said no!
