Wonderful Experienced Dentist...I you didn't have to speak to the receptionist over the phone. His personal care was way beyond what was expected! I had a LOT of work to be done, and he never made me feel embarrassed about it. He explained every step in the process and accommodated my wallet to fit best with my insurance coverage. Even the receptionist, who was "Very Rude" on the phone... seemed nice in person.

About the receptionist: I tried to have my wife set my first appointment for me. The receptionist very rudely stated, "Patient has to make their own appointments." I would much rather let my wife handle these types of things. Since it was 10 minutes before closing time, my wife, jokingly, asked her if she would pick up the phone if I called in 2 minutes! SHE VERY ARROGANTLY SAID "NO"...and she did not answer when I called to make my first appointment because it was 6 minutes before closing time. If he wasn't the only dentist my insurance would cover within 30 miles of home... I would have chosen a different dentist, just because she was so very rude. I can only imagine the potential clients that she has turned away with her attitude problem.
