Pagu--located between MIT and Central Square, is a tapas restaruant by Chef Proprietor: Tracy Chang. Our food highlights Chef Tracy's culinary experience in Michelin Starred restaurants across Spain with traditional Japanese flavors from her upbringing. Chef Tracy began her career at O Ya while she finished her finance degree. She then set out to learn pastry from the crème de la crème, and went on to study with MOF Pâtissier Nicolas Bernardé at Le Cordon Bleu Paris.
