Mass Chicken is one of the worst places that I have ever been. Their food was over cooked, the price was average to high for the quality of the food. I ordered my meal over the phone. The server was hard to understand and unhelpful. They also charged a delivery fee that they didn't inform me of. Before they delived the food I asked them what the charges were and when the food came the price was different than what I was quoted on the phone. They charged a delivery fee without informing me. The server I spoke with on the phone claimed that I should know there was a fee. Its always there, and everyone knows that. I told her that that was not the case and that it needed to be clearly stated on the menu or at least at the time of ordering. She was very argumentative. Altogether it was bad food abd bad service.
