One word: Nasty. The breads in the beginning are not bad but while waiting for what you want is a good meal it gets old. Then you get what? Bad food. Pizzas are not great. They are so hard and very messy. There is a pizza with pieces of raw garlic all over the pizza this one is also awful. If you want to go on a hot date after that you will fail. The pizza with the shrimps don't even try it. The shrimps are almost alive lol. They are not alive but they are definitely not cooked. It's plain nasty. I am not Asian and this is supposed to be an italian restaurant. If I wanted to eat raw seafood I will take myself to eat sushis at a Asian restaurant. ( I won't).The spicy pizza is also very disgusting and way too hot. I don't know why I invited one of my favorite aunt to eat there. We were forced by one of her friend and I was like ok but I knew it was a bad idea and wanted instead go eat at a Caribbean restaurant. My aunt could not even eat anything. I felt bad for her because it was her first time in America and first time in Boston and first italian restaurant. and of course I felt bad for myself. I think I should have stayed home and get a microwaved or oven pizza, even microwaved or oven pizzas taste better than Bertucci's pizzas. Bertucci's oven bricked yeah right? The service is actually bad because I can't remember it. Do I want to take the rest of the food home? Hell no!!! You can serve it to the trash. Please don't get duped by their yummy but fake ads on tv. Truereview here to tell you the truth.
