I wish I had checked out the others review on here. I was a first time customer and brought in a coat that had been dry cleaned a few times before. They ruined it and as the other reviewer said, refused to even rufund my money for the cleaning. I can never wear this very expensive coat again. As conveniently located as they are for me, I will NEVER go back and encourage you to avoid them!

This company does fine with standard no challenge cleaning. But when i took in an expensive sweater and shirt with a stain, they made it much worse. Enough so i felt they could not be worn again. I asked what they would do and they wouldn't even drop the charge for that cleaning. I said enough. I went to Mountain View just off Mill Plain and they removed the stains completely from each item. So Stanford demonstrated incompetence and a complete unwillingness to take any responsibility. I will never go back and i warn all that you will get no help with a problem.
