Have been a customer for about a month now. Every time I go to collect my mail the doors are locked. So I ask for a 24 hour key and get the third-degree treatment and was then forced to listen to the owner have a mental breakdown about how someone had broken into his location and he had to take appropriate measures. I told him that was fine and that a simple "not at this time" answer would have sufficed, but the whole time I felt like he was interrogating me as a "new" customer as if I had somehow committed the crime. At one point he even recommended that I use a PO Box instead, at which point I said "fine" and then told him that I would take my business elsewhere. But then he refused to refund me any money, and did all of this in front of my wife. I went home to get all of my paperwork and come back and insist on a refund - only to be belittled and called "ebay boy" and stuff like that. Very highly unprofessional and the guy has literally lost it up there. I have never felt so disrespected as a customer who did absolutely nothing to antagonize such a response from him. I would recommend to stay away from this place. I'm already requesting a charge back from my bank to handle the refund, since he wants to hold me hostage and force me to come in when he allows. His signs are posted 9:30-5:30 but it's closed at his discretion. That's not the service I paid for, and therefore the bank is going to thankfully give me my money back.
