I went in on short notice and was able to book a reservation for the weekend with little or no hesitation. I was offered an upgrade due to an unforeseen incident and gladly accepted the vehicle presented which was one of two. The vehicle was in pristine condition and served me for the weekend well. Return was just as efficient. The staff was very courteous and more than willing to assist with any concerns I may have presented themselves. I was lucky to have rented from facility.
