Called to see if they would be able to service my washer. They are not a "mom and pop" shop as evidenced by the numerous voices heard in the background. The person I spoke with told me that they would charge $55 to my credit card as "security deposit" to have someone come out and look at the washer. I said I wasn't going to give my credit card number over the phone to a company I don't know and was told "Okay then, don't call again". I had a good laugh at that and was thankful I didn't go with their sunny business strategy. Good luck to anyone that trusts this outfit.
