My family has rented here for years. I've been trying to avoid storage for some time and didn't find it necessary. However, now with the downsize of our new home, I needed storage. I called around and found that Security Storage was the nicest place I called. They treated me as if I were an old friend, not knowing that my family was part of my call at all. They offered an outstanding price and told me that If I found a lower price in the area that they would beat it. When I went there, I found that all the units were ground level, drive-up access like a garage. This was very pleasing to me since I am handicap. The staff there was extremely helpful and offered me a cup of coffee to boot. They are wonderful, which is why I chose to rent with them!!! Way to go Security Storage!

I am new to this area. I have had storage for many years in other cities. I must say that this facility is the nicest yet. They have great management that are so friendly and nice. The location is the cleanest office and property I have ever seen. They even gave me the best discount in the area. I checked prices at the other 2 locations near by but they couldn't come close to all the things I have already mentioned.

Rented here for years. Great staff, great clean grounds and very good value. I highly recommend them to my friends and family.

After paying 6 months in advance I went in to pay my 7th month. I asked the clerk how much was due. She gave me a figure and I specifically asked her if that was my total. She said it was. I paid the amount she asked for. Two weeks later I found myself locked out and a lien on my property. They said I owed $16 more. I said that I paid the amount that I was given. The clerk claimed to not remember me and then said it was not her. I know it was. Stay away from this place. They are bad news.
