Tom is the best at calling you back and leaving a message. He has done termite inspections for me and we appreciate how thorough he is.

I had a yellow jacket problem and had my current pest control company come over to look. I told them I believed there was a nest in one of my outdoor ceiling fans. They shook the fan and nothing happened so they said most likely they weren't in the fan and there was an empty space up there they were in that they couldn't get to. The only option they gave me was to pay $25 for them to hang up a trap. They also suggested we block up the hole ourselves. I was disappointed in their lack of help.

We did end up blocked up the hole in the fan but I was still worried about the yellow jackets since I knew there was a nest in there somewhere. I called Merrick after getting his number from someone on Facebook. He called me back not too long after I left a message and was on his way to my house soon after. He took off the fan cover himself and found the nest INSIDE the fan cover and took care of it. He did what I felt Stafford's should have done but instead they didn't even try to do anything more than shake my fan. I'm really pleased with how professional Merrick was and how quickly he came to help. I'm going to recommend Merrick to everyone and I'm planning to swap to him for my pest control needs from now on.

Made and appointment for a termite inspection. He showed to the property on time and did the inspection professionally and in a timely manner.
