The place is run by a physician with plenty of experience, but she provide care very rarely because she is too busy with several jobs she is having with several local hospitals. She hires instead unexperienced physician assistances or nurse practitioners because she is so cheap and does not want to pay decent salary. Everybody run away as she treats NPs and Pas as slaves. Then she hire another victim NP and cycle goes on again. The building is very moldy, examination rooms are filthy for the same reason (the owner is too cheap to buy new one, in examination rooms frequently no soap to wash hands
