I took my grip-rite nail gun that I purchased from them to be repaired. They repaired it, but it took 6 months to get it back. Almost forgot I took it there.Never could get them to answer the phone. Had to physically stop by the shop on my lunch break to get updates on my tool. I plan to never use them again. I consider myself as a pretty easy going patient fellow, but this was to much.

Will not answer or return calls. Never did repair work. Returned lawn mower damaged and would not crank. After taking to a reputable repair center, foam was found stuffed into the fuel line.

Took a 3 month old Hitachi nail framer to them for repairs. They kept it for 5 weeks. I called 12 times trying to get information and get it fixed. Every time they promised to check on the warranty and call me right back. They never did. Finally gave up and went to pick it up. At that time, they told me the nose assembly was bad, that it was too expensive to repair, and the warranty would not cover it. I called Hitachi customer service on the way out of their parking lot. They said it was under warranty and that they had no record of rejecting coverage on it. They recommended another service repair. They had it firing nails in 10 minutes! Don't go there!!

I agree with many of the others! The left hand doesn't know what the right is doing! The owner is rude and unapologetic! They had our weedeater for 3mths because no one knew if anyone had ordered the part when I finally got fed up and went to get it, I was told by her (owner) that they had had it for weeks! They DO NOT return calls. And then when you call them back they have no record of you MANY previous calls! ANY other company would have to be better!

This place is horrible. No customer service. They have have a battery charger and batteries of mine for a year and a half. Will not call you back, they have no idea what is going on. Lost my parts then said they found them. Have lied to me many times over and over about shopping my items to me. Finally went to the store and they didn't even have them. Said they had to go get them. Still don't have my parts. Is sue them if my items were worth more money!

Don't go here. They are very disorganized,lose tools, never call back when they say they will, it takes them forever to fix anything, and they act like I'm crazy because I want a signed receipt with the tool serial number when I drop something off.I'm not just going to give someone I don't know a $1,200.00 power tool without documentation. They also will not call you back with an estimate to fix a tool, they will just go ahead and fix it even it you can buy a brand new one for the same money. I handle all the tool repairs for my company and we have dealt with this company on several occasions and are currently looking for someone else to repair our tools.

What a great business

I had a problem with my aftermarket spindles on a Cub Cadet, These people went above and beyond other business getting me the right parts at a fantastic price.Seriously saved me around $200.

If I ever drop off a drill there I WILL be back before 3 months to pick it up.

Worse business known to man!!!!!

Do not go here. Took drill in for repair called a week later and they could not find it. Said they would call back when they found it. They never called. I waited 3 days till I called back, still same problem could not find. So week later they found it. I picked it up when fixed I tested it before I left and guess what. It did not work!!! I'm mad now!!!! They finally fixed it.

Then I order a part months later for a jack hammer. Lady told me on a Friday it would be there Monday. I called for 3 weeks and guess what it didn't come in yet. Are you kidding me? They never called when they said they would. NO COMMOM SENSE!!!!!!! BAD BUSINESS!!!!
