I take my vehicles there anytime I need anything, these guys have always been great... fair prices, good work

I would not recommend taking your auto related issues to Ken's. Every time I've taken my vehicle there I have felt the need to take a hard look at my invoice (as "One Night Stand" indicated, $14 for steering fluid...I've had similar experiences). The last time I will take my vehicle there was just recently. To make a long story short, my vehicle was "fixed" for over $500. One day (not a week or month or year...one day) later my vehicle exhibited the same symptoms. Let Ken know. He proceeded to tow my vehicle (part of the new charges, when I have free towing insurance...thanks). Then he admitted that they could be the responsible party for the new repair from the initial repair they made, yet I have new charges totaling near $100...thanks. I was given the "I'm giving you a break speech as well." I will pay the money because that's just the way I am, but if you want quality, honest service bring it somewhere else. There could be a reason this company is not BBB accredited.
