Smack dab in the middle of winter (2006) our central air / heating unit went out, it was only 8 years old, ugh! We called Carter Heating and they were here within a few hours, they assessed the situation and we decided just to purchase a new unit and have them install it, cheap no, but we got financing through them. They were here the next day and had us up and running. They were nothing but professional with us. ###Last year we were having problems with the new unit, still covered under their guarantee they were here in the same day and had us fixed up and even handed us some free filters for our time and trouble.###A good, honest company that I would fully recommend to others.
